Yes, we knew that we gave everyone a scare when the site went down. We got customers pouring in asking what happened. We would like to thank our loyal customers for showing their concern. No, the site was not hacked or anything. It's just that we have been doing a bit of silent planning for the past 3 months to upgrade the internal system of our site. We used to have some problems with the loading speed of the site, the efficiency of the system code in the shopping cart particularly in payment methods and also shipping (for international orders). Over the past few months the team has worked tremendously in upgrading the system of the site and also think of new ways to attract potential new customers as well as ensuring that our existing customer pools are happy. We are also aware that there are also new competitors into the market right now so if we at OSM does not IMPROVE ourselves, we are going to loose out.
